How do i use your service after sales?
Once enrolled with service you will be able login to our site using your account id & password & raise a ticket however there are a verity of ways to resolve your issue. Apart from raising a ticked through website you can email us at from your registered email or you can mention your account id if you are sending a mail from a different email account. Alternatively you can also whatsApp us at 914-401-6622 or call us however we will only take request over the phone.  For support issue we generally resolve it whiten 6hrs from the time of request & for data recovery issues the turnaround time is 48 hrs from the time we receive the file.
